Cardboard paste is mixed with chlorine in a mixer and remains in the tank for 45 minutes to mix well with chlorine. Then it is sent to the chlorine washing system and diluted again. Then it enters the final stage of washing with hypochlorite solution and is decolorized in several stages. After this step, the obtained cardboard pulp is sent to the cardboard machine.

The pulp, which is well prepared and decolorized after the mentioned steps, is transferred to the cardboard machine, where it is placed in the suction stage until the water is completely separated. After this stage, the dough is sent to the dryer.

At this stage, after passing the cardboard through the dryer, the cardboard is crooked and uneven and needs to be smoothed with an iron. In addition to smoothing the cardboard, this work also makes the cellulose fibers of the cardboard firm and compressed.

After ironing, the cardboard is cut according to the required size, which is cut to the machine, and it is cut into specific and uniform dimensions.
